I'm pretty sure it will fit, you might have to remove the plastic cowling that directs air around the CPU, or at least trim it with a dremel.
Otherwise my main worry would be heat. I don't think without cutting a hole in the side of the case and strapping a 120mm fan on it blowin air on the gfx card you are going to stop it throttling itself because of heat exhaustion.

my other worry is power usage, recently my SN25P has given up on powering my X1900XT and so have had to move back to my old case. my point being the 2900pro uses a lot more power then my X1900XT, what cpu you running?
