sn26p graphics

I picked up a SN26P off ebay on the weekend so panic over.

Athlon 3200
80Gb SATA
Samsung 1Gb RAM

Now the problem: The advert promised GECUBE X1600XT 256MB PCIE GRAPHICS but when I received the shuttle it had x800gt 256mb pcie graphics.

The vendor says he'll swap it if I want but the x800 is better. What should I do?

Damn I thought I was the luckiest person in UK I got one too for a song, sounds as if same source with the config you stated, dunno now whether to be happy or brikkin it :eek:

just checked and you were 2nd highest bidder behind me, what story were you given for cheap price ?

I didn't ask to be honest, other than a graphics card mix up (see other post) it works like a dream!

Unfortunately I am at mercy of postman as I couldn't collect personally

If I get a Gto as well I will be happy to leave it, as I will be transplanting the higher spec stuff from my SN25P in sig, and selling it on to a mate.

In your position it might be better to get it swapped for an Nvidia card then you can use the SLi feature

It's not a GTO it's the plain GT, I'm going to get him to swap it for the x1600xt the ebay ad promised. Although, the x1600xt is ddr2 and the x800gt is ddr3!

the one I got was a gto, added it to my SN25P and sold on, would have been interesting to have a go at unlocking to 16 pipes, but wanted to maximise my value on the SN25 rig so away it went.

Stuck a 170 + BFG 7900GT in my SN26P

happy for a few months now I think :rolleyes:
