I've been using this shuttle for about a year now. One normal evening while watching a movie it decides to turn itself off. I thought that it had possibly overheated... Tried switching it back on and the fans switch on for about 2 seconds then switch off. I have tried reseting the cmos, changing the battery, psu and have tested all other components in another computer and they work flawlessly.

Does anyone have any ideas what is wrong or have they encountered the same problem?

Thanks,
Andrew

Turn off the machine, pull out the power cable and wait 2 secs then put it back in and power on.

I believe the SN95G5 v2 was the worst Shuttle ever made, as I had 3 and they all had boot issues and the LAN driver support is horrid

i had the v1.3 of these and i must say i never really had any troubles with it booting or problems with the Lan drivers.

They must have ballsed something up with the v2 or you were just unlucky.
