My weakness is snacking at night, I was going to say I really enjoy a few biscuits with a cup of tea at night watching the TV but it's more of a habit than enjoyment.

I've thought of popcorn but I can never be bothered doing it in a pan as I have to clean it afterwards (and as we cook 3 meals a day from scratch I already do enough cooking & cleaning!).

So, what low-fat snacks do you recommend?

A pint of orange squash, no added sugar. Seriously, you may simply be confusing thirst with hunger (a VERY easy thing to do) and I often find when I'm at home that I won't be constantly foraging for nuts in the kitchen if I have a pint of squash by the sofa!

A good thought, but I drink loads of water during the day (1.5-3 l)

I can't buy those Ryvita snacks over here unfortunately, I used to like the multi-grain normal Ryvita's.
