Is it just my impression or the Royal mail is not coping very well during this crisis? I'm awaiting a few deliveries shipped by 1st and 2nd class and they are late. Anyone had similar experiences? I'm in London.

Received my parcel today. It was sent on the 11th. Arrived after 7 working days. Apparently, the post lady is unwell.

Got my tracking from the seller, when typed in it shows delivered on Monday at 10 o'clock. My wife was home at that time, asked the neighbours, no one has the parcel. Posties sign for the parcels they deliver themselves these days. Any ideas what to do?

It's a staffing issue. If someone is off, and they're unable to cover backlog mounts, and it takes ages to clear it up.
