I might just have a snes board in the cupboard I'd be willing to throw your way. I'll have a look tomorrow. The board itself I think works it was just the shell that was blitzed if I remember rightly.

SO I've managed to find a snes locally. No cables, literal holes in the plastic BUT it works and I only paid £20. I've moved the board over and everything is working perfectly. I've even managed to fix my copy of fifa 96 which has not worked as long as i've owned it by reflowing and adding solder. Finally I can setup a little SNES area and start getting some more games.
