Sniper elite V2

Sniper Elite was decent way back when and there hasn't been a decent WW2 game for a while, looks quite impressive the kill cam bit about 1:50 into the video is quite cool.

Can't be any worse than that other sniper game released last year. I like the look of this as a single player game, I like the stealth and traps. The bullet drop and wind compensation has to be in a game like that or it would be far too easy.

Graphics look as dated as a 360 release title, but if the gameplay is up to it I won't notice.

I'm one of the few that prefer ww2 guns so will keep an eye on this

I prefer ww2 guns to the modern boring rubbish also, When I played sniper: ghost warrior, I was astounded at how bad the graphics were. I threw everything at it, banged it up to max graphics and it still looked rubbish, this however, looks really quite good compared to S:GW

Also, I think that trailer is 360 gameplay, so PC graphics should be much better

Can't wait for this, I like the idea that it can be advantageous wounding an enemy rather than killing them so they call out and change the nearby enemy's position thus potentially making them more vulnerable.

Injure the enemy, Wait for squad mates to come in close proximity and then aim for a grenade and BOOM! haha

Demo is up on XBL. Quite like it. The sniping is good fun (and gruesome), the rest of it is a bit meh.

The slow motion bullet cam gets boring after a while and that was pretty much the best thing about the demo in my opinion. Feels like a generic shooter.

I quite liked it

Although only had like 15 minute play through, rush job before work. I think I'll pick it up when its released anyways.

Should be a good game if the first is anything to judge it by.
I love playing a sniper. I feel extra powerful being hidden out of sight, my victims through the scope having no idea that their life is in my hands.

DLC is out tommorrow for this, the Neudorf outpost map released for PC a while back has made its merry way to console.
