I couldn't find a thread about this and was wondering if any of you OCuk'ers have been playing it?

Is it worth a buy? It looks like good fun but I'm a bit worried this is going to be one of them game you play for a few days and then regret buying.

I have read very mixed reviews thats why it would b good to hear what you guys think - if your playing it :D
 
I'm enjoying it, The AI isnt that bad. They search for you, Run for cover, take pot shots and guess your location. You can also get sniped by enemy snipers.

Personally I think its a very playable game, Not ground breaking. Although as far as sniper games go, its probably my favourite. Until there is a game released similar to what COD4 offered on their Sniper mission. I dont we'll get much better
 
I enjoyed the demo and took the plunge haven't received it yet, I'm wondering where my kill hitler code is though I thought it'd be day one dlc.
 
I've started playing it on xbox 360 and must say im quite enjoying it so far. I like the trip wire explosives :)


I couldnt honestly say I would pay full price for it though
 
Just started playing this (Lovefilm sent me it - I was shocked to get such a new release!) and I'm really enjoying it. I love stealth / sniper / thief type games though so this is right up my street.
I can see why reviews are on the lower end of the spectrum but if you like this kind of game then it's definitely worth a play.
As above though, I wouldn't pay full whack for it.

I would throw so much money at it!
I don't even game on my PC much anymore (the odd RTS/Sim) but I still buy games in the Steam sales with the full knowledge that I'll never play them. It's an illness; Steamitis or Steampox.
 
I have the PC version and i am enjoying it.

The only problem i find is my pure lack of stealth. Im far too impatient to take it slow, so i just lay down, shoot one person and instantly get found.

I like the bullet balistics and it puts a realism i haven't experience in too many games.

And yes, the AI can be a bit dodgy, but it doesn't ruin the game.
