Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 (Slight rippling)

Looked for a thread on this game but alas no luck.
I am getting a slight ripple in the middle of the monitor when I move quickly.
I am sure there is a simple fix but I cannot remember what it is.

Shouldn't need to restart the game to enable V Sync. Try enabling it via the Nvidia Contol Panel.

Had to add the program but have enabled Vsync via the control panel will see if this helps.

Thats a Gsync monitor you have isnt it?

If it is you want Gsync on in NCP and off in game.
