New Snow Patrol Album out Monday. Called 'Eyes Open'

Anyone here pre-ordered it?

Ive heard bits of it upto now, theres a track called 'Chasing Cars', that i personally think is better than 'Run'. .

Snow Patrol are awesome....looking forward to their set at One Big Weekend (I wont be going, but I'll be listening).

Whens this 'set' on then?

My order has been dispatched.
But my mates lent me his CD that he ordered because he's out the country (he ordered it from somewhere else and had it delivered to me because he wouldnt have been able to sign for it).
So for the next few days i can listen to it till my copy comes.
Im impressed with it thus far. Very impressed.
Makes me all the more excited about Tuesday (seeing them at the Ritz. ).

If you mean 'Final Straw', that was their second album. Not their first.

If you mean 'When Its All Over We Have To Clear Up', that was their 2nd album, 'Final Straw' was the 3rd. 'Songs for Polar Bears' was their first.


Order:
1 -- 'Songs For Polar Bears'
2 -- 'When Its All Over We Still Have To Clear Up'
3 -- 'Final Straw'
4 -- 'Eyes Open'

Im finding that the following tracks are quite good:

Ive listened to it a lot over the last 2 weeks (as well as live. ), and im finding that its not a massive progression over Final Straw, but more of a 'Final Straw Part 2'. Which is no bad thing really.
