The Clio took a bit of a bang today.

Coming down over a slight hill Touched the breaks to slow up, it didn't... Panicked, Fish tailed... hit a wall at about 10mph... and the air bags even came out

I feel for you. Same thing happened to me an hour ago.:(

Approaching a mini round about on a residential back road near me to turn left. Was going at a snails pace and suddenly lost all grip. Theres a bit of a slope down when you turn left and the car just kept on going. Mounted kerb and hit a lampost.

Muffin, I was going through Reading (on the bus :() and the number of cars on the road was minimal, but the number that were clear, were very few, so many looked like that. :/

I had to turn the ACS off on the 7-series, it was a nightmare to drive with it on, much more fun without anyway:D

you're supposed to deactivate the tcs but leave the acs on (push once, don't hold) for driving in snow. you've got no chance otherwise

That's bad luck OP :(

I was following a milk float in London this morning and hitting the brakes at 5mph resulted in the ABS juddering like crazy and the car taking 3 or 4 seconds to come to a standstill. The main roads seem to be fine (I drove from Bristol) but the small roads in suburban London are all iced up pretty bad.
