Last time we had proper snow here was back in the 90s, so its always a downer to see the rest of the country getting loads!

Nay:

Cold
Salt on road- potentially bad for car and car gets EXTREMELY dirty, car was washed 4 days ago and it is literally covered now in a thick layer of salt...
Slippery- fall on your arse when not paying attention on for example slopes.
Public transport disruptions

Nay, can't stand snow the cold and the way it messes with your car first thing in the morning when you got to get somewhere. Give me hot weather any day of the week !!!

Snow is best viewed, from within the confines of a nice warm room, without the requirement to actually go outside.

Once you are forced to go outside in it, especially with the need to reach a specific place at a specific time, then snow becomes nothing more than a considerable annoyance.

Me, I can't wait for the weather to change direction.

I'm 24 now but i'm totally fine acting like a child and having a snowball fight with my 13 year old brother, and yeah i showed him who the boss was.

I would rather be at work than snowed in, I'm too old to be out playing in the snow, and it just causes too much chaos.

When you get older 'play in the snow' means other things.

Crampons, ice axe, snowboard - awesome

Getting older just means your toys get better.
