Well any country that has a sudden change of conditions like that would suffer?trust me, I've lived through a canadian winter.. and the snow... and I tell you.. this country would fall flat on its face if we were to get anything like that.
That doesn't even count as snow - you can still see the paving stones underneath. Come back when it's at least 1 inch thick! Unlikely as it looks like it's melting..
