Very impressive, but I think CryEngine 3 still has the upper hand even on this - CE3 is going to take some beating in terms of graphical prowess in my opinion.

The fire rendering is pretty impressive, overall though doesn't really look that much different to current gen engines + good art design.

Some of that does look breathtakingly good. The flames coming out the building look a big step up in visual fidelity, for example.

Well, this is one of the best engines I have seen and mouth watering visuals with the forests/fires. Ubisoft will find a way to break it though

True, Black Flag still seems to run like dog poo on my 780s - though I haven't been on it for a while, it might have improved I don't know.

I like them again as Black Flag was quit simply awesome on the ps4. Played it start to finish with not 1 crash or slow down. Made me appreciate the console experience after many years of mainly playing the Pc.

Yer, my fav map in BF4 is Caspian Border but it isn't a patch on that Snowdrop forest.

Really? The base map in-built into the free CryEngine 3 SDK is very pretty in my opinion and that's largely forest based.
