Snow's out - M3 pics

...and to all those with side bolsters DON'T sit on them getting in, practice getting over them and dropping your backside onto the seat, it makes them last MUCH longer.

I bet you're a skinny little thing.

When you're my sort of size getting into a car full stop is a victory :D

****ing right, me an all a victory i tell you.

Anyway who wants them uncomfortable bits digging in your back anyway.

Thats all i need some sort of parallel bars maneuver between steering wheel and gear stick to miss the bolster :)

I think they facelifted the front end too. Mines a 2002 facelift and has different front lights. I think the pre-facelift has the front indicators pointing down and the facelift front indicators pointing up.

Interior looks like its done double the miles of mine whereas the odometer reckons its done less than a third the miles of mine

Yes, I think of the interior on my e39 which has done many more miles than even Fox's and I do worry about the interior on the OP's car.

Don't get me wrong, the M3 is a great car and on my "to own" list,I just hope the OP has not landed on one of the many with "Corrected Mileage" - if that steering wheel has done just over 51k, I'm a Bus Driver.

the regular 3 series did

The e46 m3 never got the Angel Eyes :(

as already posted, all it gained was the LED rear lights. Same with the E90/E92 m3 which has gained LED rear lights, not but the LED front sidelights of the facelift cars.

That's the Saloon.

The Saloon facelift was in late 2001 on a 51 plate.

The Coupes were not facelifted until mid 2003. However, although the Coupe got new front lights, the M3 never did - so it received only the LED rear lights at facelift time.

3 Series Coupes are usuall circa 18 months behind Saloons both in terms of introduction and it terms of facelift (ie E90 introduced early 05, E92 Coupe late 06, E90 facelift late 08, E92 facelift early 10).
