So for that last few times been playing some CS:GO and all of a sudden it starts jumping, going really slow and have no idea what it is when i check my memory usage, its sky high even tho i have 8GB of Ram

Check the ram speed with CPU-Z and double what it shows in the memory tab.

Looks like a program is not shutting down correctly, does this clear when a system reboot happens.

Looks like it's being reported correctly. Is it set up in bios properly? I had to change it manually to get mine running at full speed.

I see you have a killer ethernet NIC

Your probily experiencing a rather common memory leak associated with win8.try this fix

Goto Search and type 'Regedit'
Open the app and search for this location
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\N du\
In the right had window select the start entry and change its value to 4.

Then restart your PC.

Your ram speeds need to configed in your bios by enabling their XMP profile

Done that and how do i do the Bios thing? any guides or step by steps,

I have Gigabyte Z97X-SOC Force Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard

Once in the BIOS click the Memory tab and there should be a option to load the XMP file, allow this and save and you should have the ram at the correct speed.

Once your in the BIOS you will see where it is :)

If you have the manual to hand to check page 46.

so did the registry changed not had the error msg again, and enabled the profile on the ram so its now 2133mhz,

So does 20% usage when nothing but rammap, and a browser (OCUK Forum on the browser) running seem high?

Your mem usage in the above screenshots looks normal, you got some other stuff open too razer software/samsung magician/killernetworking ect.So about 2Gb usage is about what to expect.

Edit: I just noticed you have igfxcuiservice running?,thats for the integrated graphics on the CPU,you should probily disable/uninstall that as you have an nvidia card installed :)
