Had this little beauty for a month now, just an update on its story so far... So far, I've upgraded the memory to 2GB, installed Vista SP1, and upgraded the BIOS to the MSI Wind U100 1.09 (with BIOS-enabled overclocking at 8, 15 or 24%)

It's currently sitting at a 15% overclock, the next stage is investigating HDD upgrades, either 320GB or 500GB is on the cards!

I'm not so sad as to run any benchmarks on it yet, but it does feel a lot snappier - you can turn the overclock on and off using fn+f10 to switch between modes.

That made me laugh. Its not sad to upgrade the ram, the bios, and overclock it, but its sad to benchmark LOL.

if youre bored get osx on it and tell me what its like ! :P

There's a dedicated disc for Hackintosh on the Wind/4211 apparently - still some teething problems though - the Wind Forums have plenty on it if that's your thing;)

I am sad enough to post a CPU-Z screenie though - 15% overclocked at 1.85GHz:)

Yeah ive heard about getting OSX on the Advent, just looking to see if it works better on the Acer ONE or not, thats whats making the decision really!
