I currently have a 5870 but I want some more juice!
My budget is about £200

I see myself as having 4 choices:
1: Get another 5870 (not available at ocuk) and crossfire
2: Get a 5850, clock it, and crossfire
3: Get a 6950 -- can I crossfire it with my 5870 and how well would it work?
4: Stick my 5870 on the bay and then get a much better single graphics card. (I'd rather not do this one, tbh)

Thanks for any advice :D

Try and grab a second hand 5870, you should be able to get one for much less than £200. The performance increase won't be worth the cost of anything else you might get really.

You can't crossfire 6900s with 5800s, so that option's out.

Well then I believe that, as they say, is that.
I'll be off to the bay for a 2nd hand 5870 - possibly even one of those vapor-x beauties if I can :D
Thankye kindly ;)

You will be blown away at the crazy "buy it now" prices for ATI 5850's etc, be patient and wait for a decent seller offering theirs and follow it to the end. Play the waiting game.

If the prices of 2nd hand 5870's are holding up then you might consider selling now and buying 2x 6850's/6870's which will give you more performance then the fastest single card on the market (the 6850's are much cheaper in crossfire then a single GTX580).
