So... How bad's pizza for you then?

Eat some celery; you actually lose weight if you eat enough. :)

Something to do with it requiring more energy to chew and digest it than you get from it. :p
 
You'll burn about 300 calories an hour by cycling, so depending on the pizza it'll take anything from two to four hours to burn off the equivalent calories. A hefty proportion of the calories will be coming from fat though, which is never good. Happy eating!
