Just wondering if you folk have dialed in any overclocks during this heat wave? Or like me just paused gaming?

I've not gamed on my PC today, and probably won't for a couple of days until these high outside temps drop.

Day before yesterday in the evening, my GPU core temps were well over 70C, and that's with an undervolt, and no increase to the power % slider. Memory temps were up to 90C also.

Apart from the fact it's no fun having a gaming pc pumping out heat during this hot weather.

I think I need to look into getting air con in the house :D

Haven't bothered switching on when room itself is at 33c bet I'll over heat before the computer lol , can imagine when gaming room will get to +40c . 5900x + 3080 FE

6750XT Red Devil hit 72c earlier but am clocking the balls off of it (nearly 2.9Ghz) with it running at a 275W limit and a quiet fan profile. Do have the side of the case off atm though!

So cold here, when I turned my PC on last night the tempreture of the water in the loop was 11c

Not too bad, I was running my 6600XT Nitro this evening and hit mid 70's (card at manufacter stock settings), but my CPU temps were a bit toasty, junction temp on the Ryzen 3600 hit 93c.

Grim is the only higher end RTX owner to come forwards so far, all the other Ampere owners seem to be a bit shy in coming forwards. Maybe there PC's have all overheated and crashed :p

No real change on the 6950 XT or the 5800X3D, but both are cooled by AIOs so not surprising. Plus my room temperature has not changed much as I have AC.

PC temps are not the issue for me, it's the heat the system pumps out in to office which is the killer. Didn't even attempt to turn it on last night as ambient temp in the room is 29C, my components probably push this to 35C after an hour or more of gaming which is not fun.

Lol! The 3090Ti Suprim X is an air-cooled beast - haven't had to adjust anything - in fact I'm still mining (off-peak) and the RAM hits a maximum of 86° C. I am undervolting it though - 15MHz off of stock clocks and 100w less power (maxes at 360w).

Same overclock as always... external (under the desk) quad monsta rad with push-pull noctua.
30c in the room, extractor fan taking heat out the room as best we can..
