So I been running my 10850K at 5200Mhz for weeks,Am I going to degrade CPU .I have run at 5400Mhz but I was afraid it was too high .

What if I lost 20 points in Cinebench after a year I would be devastated. Anyway 4800Mhz gives the same FPS as 5200Mhz and 5400Mhz what would you run at .I like the big numbers though.

OMG I can not even stomach I wrote that LOL.I see these stupid things about AMD CPUs all the time.

Frequency has little to no effect on silicon longevity. Your load temps look okay, and if you’re around 1.38v under load too, that’s fine.

Generally speaking it also won’t ‘degrade’ it’ll just stop working. I wouldn’t worry about chip longevity though; by the time it dies it’ll be long obsolete.

OMG Intel sucks I tried 56000Mhz and it would not booot got black screen, then triied 5500Mhz and still no boot. Intel sucks I am going to buy an AMD f Intel they suck.

AMD is the CPU to buy now but hopefully this will make Intel CPU's much cheaper for people that just want a basic gaming system.

Happier for sure :D

I'm really happy for you. But why Troll ? no one cares what cpu you bought. If you haven't noticed this is a enthusiasts forum, not the Amd fanboy forum. The fact is any of the High end Cpu's from Either Amd or intel are just perfect for a High end gaming PC. Outside retarded forced bottle neck benchmarks both will give you EXACTLY the same experience.

Im no expert but those volts seem high to me.

Peaking at nearly 1.48

Those aren't the correct vcore though. My 10900k is 5.2 @1.38v.

What it reports

What the VRM controller which is the true vcore reports at idle

What the same controller reports under load R20. High LLC
