Its a Samsung 22" pebble. Its nice, i love it lots. but id also like to use it as a Tv when im sitting at my Desk. What do i need to do to get a TV signal on my monitor?

TV card in your PC + aerial I guess is one way.

yep, or external digi box / cable box or something with a method for connecting to the screen externally

Is this the one with the HDMI port? (can us a DVI adapter if not) if so get a nice freeview upscaler that uses HDMI and the image should look very good

Also as above buy a freeview PCI card and use your PC.

/edit I'm sure freeview boxes existed that used HDMI? I cant seem to find any, yep this Goodmans GDB15HD does
