Where is the best place online to get a good deal? looking ideally at one with a gazillion months free, a decent phone, and about 5-600 minutes a month, coupled with a few hundred texts.

That looks quite cool, and its defo the tarrif I want, however I want a Nokia 92/N93 really... aware they arent out yet, but do you think I could pre order one and just get a sim card so I can start using the contract?
