Hello

I have recently picked up a faulty GPU (mostly because i wanted the Asus cooler), the unit seems to be working and is receiving 2 green lights on power and fans seem to spin as they should and also The display does NOT say no signal (screen is black though) The motherboard however gives a red light on the GPU.

So before i finally find out what inside of the GPU core in the middle looks like, Anything i could do to make it work?

I also tried it in SLI however there's still no output and it is not recognized at all and windows takes slightly longer to boot up.

Thanks, i really don't mind doing anything to the card itself so long as the cooler will function afterwards.

it is a GTX 560ti, i want the cooler, to put over another card, i cant realy RMA as i dont have any proof of purchase of the original source.

Sorry it took so long to respond.

haha, i had been just reading about that too, but i dont think that a reflow is what it needs. Might as well do it though.
