After what seems like an age, I finally got around to getting my old 306 DTurbo back on the road (been SORN for 3 years!)

Amazingly, it flew through the MOT with only an advisory for the front number plate which had let some water in and surface rust on the disks. Both of which are now sorted! Who says french cars are unreliable...! *touches wood*

So, its a far cry from the Supra, what with there being only a quarter of the power available and the characteristic derv power delivery...

However, I have since landed a new job down south so the plan is to use this beast as a daily to and from work and for the motorway run back up north where I plan to keep something more fun for the occasional weekend and holidays!

Anyway, advice welcome on how to control the excessive wheelspin and obsene amount of torque and how to properly put the power down without the back end kicking out and careering across a dual carriage way ;)

(in b4 cool story bro)

If it was that easy you'd have been just as well keeping the MOT's going for history, even if the millage difference is just 2 miles. :p

well done though
