Its an Alfa Romeo 159 2.0JDTm Ti in Stromboli Grey with Black Leather interior, with the lovely 19" TI alloys and shiny red calipers:

I like, looks a bit more interesting than your standard Merc, BMW or Audi. Interior quality is never going to be as good, and you may have the odd eletrical issue (engine wise it should be very solid).

I imagine it was quite the bargin as well compared to the German rivals?

If you had bought one with the 3.2 V6 I'd agree, petrol head indeed ...but the derv ...not so much, more of a modern tragedy if anything. Looks nice anyway.

I think they're interesting cars, but i wouldn't ever buy one.

Plus, is it just me who thinks the "you can't be a petrolhead unless you've owned an Alfa" thing is just dumb? I'd rather have a decent car thanks.

Interesting - is this based on experience? Alfas of the last 10 years have pretty sumptuous interiors. The leather is especially good quality.

Nice car. It'd be a boring world if we all liked the same thing. I'd much prefer to have something a bit "different" than just disappear into rep-mobile obscurity a BMW/Audi/Ford.

I'm considering buying a brand new Focus ST-2 (or second hand from CarCraft) just to see how many heads I can make explode in here.
