So I'm guessing the TFT is broke?

Basically the monitor is doing nothing but this (the lines continually scroll up)

Artists impression:

The monitor is a Philips 170S.

Anyway to fix this other than returning it? The monitor is definitely still under warranty, however I cant find the damn receipt.

Have tried multiple computers & multiple cables, no joy.
