Honda have embarrassingly revealed that their Asimo robot wasn't real. The idea was taken from C3PO from Star Wars. It was just a short man in a robot suit, climbing stairs and serving drinks. They thought that by showing off their technological prowess, they'll sell more cars. This didn't happen. Link
