First impression in Fallout 4 Ultra with some things turned down 45-60 fps is now 70-75 Ultra with pretty much everything Ultra, Godrays High!

3DMark Firestrike is 33% faster.

I can only imagine what upgrading the CPU in my sig to a 5820k would be like!

Do you reckon your upgrade speed increase was due to the CPU or m.2 drive though?

I think its a bit of everything, better mobo, ram and more CPU cores. Each on its own I don't think would have made much of a difference hence it was a risky and expensive upgrade.
