As a stop gap you can just connect the fan direct to the battery or via a rocker switch. In fact, I'd recommend fitting a rocker switch to override the fan control on ANY hard-driven or modified car.Phil W said:Engine is all sorted and back together, just need a fan sender switch as the fan won't kick in at the moment.

Part of the MOT is to check the ABS via the specific flashing of the ABS light when you turn the car on.
There is a chart on the wall about how each model of car is supposed to flash.
No bulb, no MOT.
