As for the OP, this really does scream of her trying to get you back. She suggested you two meeting up as friends? Well of course she did! She misses you and wants to be with you so cautiously suggested being friends. Then when that seemed to be going well suggested sex too. It's all going to plan! :p

Honestly.... if you do want her as a friend or care about her wellbeing then stick to friends without benefits. If that doesn't bother you then there is nothing to stop you but fully expect it to get very messy.
