The wii although fun......doesn't cut it for me. I play about 30 mins and switch it off because the games are a little repetitive (thou i still not played Zelda, which I have).

1 - I do have a 20" TFT, with DVI and VGA, is that enough connections? Currently the DVI is for the PC.

2 - Is the Elite much difference than the Premium?

3 - What bits does the Elite/Premium come with (no. of pads, cables, headset) and can it all me to play online out of the box?

1. you could connect the 360 via vga

2. best deals I saw = premium + extra wireless controller + forza2 + mohaa £280
elite + extra wireless controller + forza2 + blue dragon £314

3. both come with 1 wireless pad ,wired headset, component hd cable and hdmi (elite only) as standard but with the above two bundles you obviously get another controller. out of the box you get a free live silver membership (so you can download demos etc) and a one month trial of gold (needed to play online) - gold normally is £40 per year.

1 - Yeah that's fine, you'll have to pick up a VGA lead though which doesn't come as standard with the Elite/Premium.

2 - HDMI port, 120gb HDD and sexy black colour! I heard that the Premiums are now getting a HDMI port? But if you're not going to be using it then there's no point getting an Elite for it. The same goes for the HDD, other than demos which are usually around 1gb max I'm not sure what I'd fill the standard Premium 12gb HDD with.

3 - Premium comes with 1 wireless pad, 1 media remote, 1 headset, component cable, and the little 2 phono to 3.5mm audio jack converter.

you'll need to buy a wireless adaptor for both models of the 360 if you wish to use wireless.

note. that you can only use official ms adaptor and not any old usb job. (unless you want to go down the wireless bridge route)
