I'm happy with my build and all, but with work happening and money in the bank, there is a strange itch that I need to fix...

My wallet is going to hate me! :p

Is there anything missing here (aside from the coolant)? My plan is to move from my 650D to a smaller case (as I move around a lot) such as the Bitfenix Prodigy M when it is released, so waiting for a while (October time). I realise I need coolant - what is the best way to go? I want black tubes with clear or blue coolant, I am unsure at the moment (the only place you will see the liquid is in the res). Never done watercooling before as I've never had the disposable income! So I'm looking forward to a proper upgrade :) I'll probably pick up the Prodigy M and a Maxmius Gene to go with this, move most of my old parts across too.

Any advice, tips, pointers, greatly recieved!

Only reason I mentioned the dye.

You're quite right you cant see anything through black tubing. I've got black xspc tubing and its pretty opaque. I used clear mayhems dye(is it still a dye when it doesnt change the color? :D) for the biocide/anti-corrosion properties.

Then again my res has blue leds so it looks great in my opinion. So blue dye might be a good idea :)

I have 2 Corsair SP120s already, forgot to mention that... I am torn between clear and blue :/ might have to get clear and get some blue die for it! If I buy Mayhems, I don't have to use kill coils or biocide or anything do I?

Alternatively if I buy deionised water and use Mayhems die, does that mean kill coils/biocide?

I'm also wanting to move to a smaller case than my 650D (which isn't that great for watercooling anyway), any suggestions? I have been looking at the Prodigy M, but I wish the case didn't have the damn handles...

personally, if I wanted a small, pretty case, and had a µATX motherboard, I'd be looking at a parvum. possibly worth contacting them about a custom made (slightly wider) one if you think space will be an issue..........I'm kinda in love with the look of them, although I realise it won't appeal to everyone!

Might take a look at the Parvum cases for sure :) to be honest my main issue will be how strong it is, but I'm sure it will be fine! I won't be buying for a few weeks anyway, so will see what kind of prices are around at the time.

Thanks for all your advice guys.

Coolant wise, if I go distilled water + biocide + kill coil(s), will that be ok? Or will i need some anti-corrosive stuff too?

Just get EC6 clear or Mayhams X1 Clear (both uses the same base)
Cost and hassle of distilled+bio+kill coil(s)+Anti corro is not worth when you already have the above solutions at a very good price!
