So many 1070s to choose from???...Where to start?

Palit Jet Stream is the best card if you want to spend as little as possible.

The Jet Stream and GameRock cooler is top tier. Super quiet, and excellent cooling.
 
^^^ Nah mine boosts to just less than 2000mhz without the software installed / loaded. With it loaded there is no difference if you do not increase that further.

AFAIK the only thing that you do need it for is the "Fan OFF" feature, for those who like to play with the side lighting it controls that also.

As soon as I installed the software the side light came on the card in large LED "Fan Stop" wording and the fans did just that, lol.
