It didn't download them again.
Yay.![]()
After I deleted the Modnation Racers demo it didn't re-download that either. I can confirm that it only downloads updates for the last 10 or so games you've played as well. I hadn't started Burnout or Uncharted 2 for a while and when I did it tried to download the update as usual. At this point I turned the console off before the updating began, turned the console back on, set the console to search for updates at that time and then switched it off again. Upon turning it back on an hour or two later it popped up with the message telling me it had downloaded updates for Uncharted 2 and Burnout Paradise, good stuff because Burnout takes bloody ages to update.

I tested that out last night I loaded up uncharted 2 and LBP and didn't update them booted up the system today and still had to manually update them![]()
Don't know what it is, and nor do I care either.
My ps3 is a £300 black plastic ornament that sits next to the TV and needs dusting once a week.
Go buy some games?
I think the last 3 times my PS3 has been turned on has been to watch films. It's not even been used for gaming for many months.
I just wouldn't see the benefit from it in all seriousness.
Have quite a few, I find most titles for the ps3 not really my style. I am also limited by refusing to play fps on console.
It gets used for bluerays mainly, or if I am that lazy to go into the office and switch on pc for gaming. which is rare.
still waiting for gt5![]()
Yeah got uncharted II as well.
Good games, but I tend to only play 'story' games once, I'm the same on the PC. Same with Assasins Creed II on ps3 etc play once, dead.
I'm glad I wasn't silly enough to buy a PS3 years ago with a sole view for GT thinking GT would be out ANYWHERE CLOSE TO WHEN THEY SAID!!!
Grrr![]()
Apparently this is August's schedule in regards to Playstation Plus content, never heard of the site before so no idea if they are trustworthy but if so then August is getting a big fat ****ing 'meh' from me.

I hope that update isn't true because that's truly shocking tbh.
If this is a sign of things to come over the next year of my subscription then they can actually GTFO. Oh, and how are they going to deactivate the PS1 games and minis they have given me when I've transferred them to my PSP? Bitches.
I think the license is timed.
How will it know when the license expires if my PSP isn't connected to the Internet? I can just keep setting the clock back can't I? Or set the year to 2008 or something.
