So, sound from onboard Asus P5Q Pro, or use Audigy 2?

Looking at a new system... If I get a new Asus P5Q Pro, should I just use its onboard sound, or use my existing Audigy 2 soundcard?

Also, looking to get a 5.1 sound system (to replace my old four channel Cambridge Soundworks) - If I get the 'Creative Inspire T6100 5.1 Speakers', I believe these use an analog connection, which the P5Q would need (no digital!).

Not super fussed about sound quality... So don't really want to splash out on a new card unless really worth it!

Also what's the difference between the OEM and standard version of these speakers apart from £10?

Thanks!

I would just use the onboard, OEM just means you dont get all the fancy packaging and instructions etc. I t will just be a brown box with the equipment in it.

That's what I thought, just use the onboard! And the OEM will still come with all the cables (3x - front/rear/center) to connect the analog audio from the soundcard to the speakers?

I would think so, but in this case I would phone and check, for example, OEM hard drives dont come with SATA cables or anything, its literally just a drive in an anti-static bag.
