bout 6-8 weeks ago i got an infection in my toe. toe turned purple and foot blew up .. was put on antibiotics 10 days seemed to clear up .now every week to 2 my foot starts to swell again ..
atm on my 4th lot of antibiotics .. toe stays a brown colour and keep getting pains in my ankle ?
having bloods tom.. starting to get annoyed as cant get in to see a doc just practice nurse ..yes there doing there job but need it sorted ..anyone want to take a guess ?

Sounds like the infection hasn't cleared up. Some of the lighter medication can be prescribed for 7 days or up to a month usually. I'd only be worried if it wasn't linked to the infection, as that suggests something more serious.
