Sounds like a m8 of mine who has these ideas, or as he likes to put it "my intention is (insert idiotic idea here) and not a single one of his plans has come to anything. Last year he was convinced he could grow a £1000 worth of onions in his back yard which is around 20x15 ft max, and go head to head with asda in price and sell them on the local boot sales
