I posted in here somewhere a pic of my new car I got last week.
Turns out it had a mark on it, so Volvo said they would come and pick it up, wash/polish it etc and get it sorted.
They picked it up today

Changed the vid to one with audio, skip to 20secs to see my new car

So he just drove off. He would probably deny it if you didn't have the video proof. I think you need a chat with them.

Phoned em and whatsapped the manager the clip. He didn't sound best pleased with the driver
Told us to get the builders in and send em the bill.
Dropping a courtesy car round tomorrow for us to use until ours is sorted
