So.... Travellers have ended up in our carpark!

Our office is behind the service station of the Old Severn Bridge just off the M48. This morning at work we had about a dozen caravans pull up into our carpark, driving through the teeth we have at the exit, a few were broken and there's a barrier on the way in. So, after calling the police, there's nothing that can be done, as it's private land it is a civil matter apparantly! So now we have young kids and a load of dogs running about the place. Did I forget to mention the horse:confused:

No, and we're an Insurance Broker lol

Reading up, it seems that if we ask them to leave and they don't, because they have more than six vehicles, the police should be involved, civil matter or not.
