So what is this Photobox?

So I have been on the website and can see that it will do prints of your photos for a nice price and offers image hosting etc.

I'm after something to host my photos but will allow me to directly link from the site. Flickr doesn't allow this unless you make the image link to their site.

I suppose I want to be able to create a photo blog or something. I'm really not sure and was hoping you guys and gals could come up with some ideas. I have just started taking photography.

Also when showing off images on the internet. What is a reasonable size and should I turn the quality down when saving as a jpeg?

If you're using Photoshop, 70% or High Quality is usually good enough for screen display. Perhaps about 800 x 600 pixels for landscape size?

Get a website for as little as 3.99 (ish) a month. Most people can stretch to that.

I have a host but would rather keep it separate. I have been looking at gallery's though

create a new directory on your ftp and just store the pics in there?
