Nah, our police aren't falling over and needing 20 shots of Narcam* every time someone mentions it, so obviously not over here.
Either that or our police are considerably tougher than those namby pamby US cops who can't be in the same zip code as a spec of Fentanyl without having a performative faint for the gullible.



*Amazingly American police have found a way to OD on the mention of it, meanwhile American medics routinely handle it barehanded and it took years to develop a patch to get it through the obviously impressively thick skin of the average human (after about a 12 hour delay).
