If you're the kind of person who enjoys finding their windows disks, backing up everything of importance, Reformatting, installing windows, and then having to install and update every other piece of software you use just for the sake of personal pride then tbh you're an ARSE. There are people on these forums much smarter than yourself and you'll find if you come on here with the attitude that you are the almighty then you'll probably get shot down in flames pretty quickly...

I don't have evidence that IE is more secure than FF but I just have personal experience and I know at one point FF was a lot better than IE.

I know when I have a virus because I don't rely on some hogging AV to do it for me, I monitor my pc myself I know exactly what comes in and out of it.

What who does that? I use a ghosted image and it takes what 5 seconds and I have all my stuff installed. My friend also does this a lot and wow I didn't know he was an a*** too.

I don't think I'm smart or almighty infact I don't even consider myself experienced with windows but I do know that I don't need to use an AV.

It proves to me that I had a better experience with FF than IE.

You can make logs of everything that happens on your pc and you can check system processes and services to see if anything new popped up.
 
i dont mind reinstalling windows but iu still use an antivirus reagrdless and do not browse sites which are bound to have spam and viruses anymore:D

okay, no virus's cant come through wifi cos they ain't airborne, they need direct physical contact.
you can single handedly remove any given virus.
formatting is awesome and an enjoyable waste of a day.

this thread is so stoopid its funny now hahhahahaahahahaha but back to the point windows take all of 45mins to reinstall and reformat ur HDD depending on ur HDD ofcourse so erm im not bothered at all plus i aint had a virus since erm last year like summer time
