Looks like the second one should say QX6700 in the title tbh. And the top one has a raptor in it. How that is silent, i dunno.

The top one has 2x Raided Raptors rather than 'just' the 500gb WS AAKS of the 2nd one, that is about all I can see from a quick glance and it explains the price difference.

Ah yeah, I hadn't been looking that closely at that part of it so I had just assumed they have QX6700s clocked to QX6850 speeds but it now looks more like the copy and paste went wrong.
