I need to replace my Thermaltake Xaser III for a few reasons.

I have on my replacement shortlist the following

Silverstone TJ09
Antec P182
Akasa Eclipse 62

I have an 8800gts and a ninja scythe so the case needs to fit these comfortably. I am also toying with the idea of water cooling at least the CPU most probably by external means. I am sure that internal is better but I cant be motivated for all that yet.

So I guess my question is, which case and which external water cooler?

The Tj09 is the best case in that list but it costs loads more than the 2nd best, the Eclipse. If you've got the cash to blow, definitely get the Silverstone. If you're more on a budget, get the Akasa.

Also, if doing water cooling you might want to consider the Silverstone TJ07. I consider it the best watercooling case in production. Check it out and see what you think.

Well, in a slight change of plan, decided to replace the case on the wifes pc also. She can have an Eclipse 62. :)

You could get your wife a TJ07..Then you both have one each of silverstone two flagship cases..

I could but then I would not be able to gloat as much. :D
Or at lest get her a good looking case..something like the Lian-Li PC V1000 PLUS http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-027-LL&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=187

Or even a Lian Li PC-A10B http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-081-LL&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=187 (Much better inside layout then the v1000 for fitting the PSU)

(I think the Lian Li PC-A10B is excellent.very good layout inside and high quailty )

She will have the Eclipse and be done with it! Rah!

The Eclipse arrives Wednesday so will set that up then. The TJ09 arrives later.
