I'm looking at doing this on the scoob.
My mapper tells me that it was make a significant difference in power when mapped in.
This and also having the benefits of cooler running during the summer months.
See this is the kinda thing I am concerned about.
If you have it mapped in - That means your engine kinda will depend on it...
...and my concern is what would happen if something in the WI system fails? or the water runs out etc..?

For those that run W.I, where are they sorucing their methanol from? I know some guys in the states run window washer fluid, but I'm not sure about over here?
I'm 99% sure I'll be going WI soon.
I read about a nice set up which utilised a Manual boost controller and an EBC.
EBC set to 10psi (for arguments sake)
MBC set to 13psi
When Switch for WI is on it disables the electronic boost control solenoid so goes to the MBC which is set to 13psi. When it's switched off, it switches the EBC on and runs 10psi.
Happy days.
