I really want a new monitor, cash waiting, yet I cannot for love nor money, find the panel I want, which is...

Every single one I've seen, falls down in at least one of those criteria
..It's not as if there is anything in that list that is cutting edge in late 2018, but no one offers it, why?
The closest I can get to it is the Asus (or Acer variant) PG279Q but is only a 27in panel which I don't particularly find all that immersive for desktop gaming, not that much better than my current 24in screen and even the Asus/Acer panel is over two yrs old in terms of screen technology, positively prehistoric in PC component terms.
Unless I've missed a monitor, Is there anything coming in 2019 which you guys might know of, that matches my criteria? or am I simply going to have to accept a 27in screen, which I know I will hate doing.
Oh, and I'm really not interested in ultra wide screens either.
