so would you by 360 for CoD 2 .

I wouldn't get a 360 for CoD2 - The game didn't impress me at all, not one bit. Don't get me wrong, its a superb game but nothing that the PC couldn't do so I didn't find it at all special.

Your spec is roughly similar to my pc. Mine is a [email protected], an 6800GT and 2gb of ram. I got sick of poor engines, sluggish games and upgrading my gpu every 2 weeks so I gave up on the pc gaming scene. Glad to say I made the right choice.

a 360 for COD2?! your having a larf.... right?!

first off, keyboard and mouse as stated.

secondly, what TV do u have? if its a standard one then its not going to look great on the 360 regardless..

thirdly, cod2 aint all that anyway

Interesting this, mate of mine has a Barton 2500+ and overclocked it to 3200+ speeds and runs 1.5 gig of ram and a 6800 XT 128 meg card, COD2 runs really really nice.

1) The pad is a joy to use; resposive, accurate and intuitive. I didn't think you could play a fps without the keyboard and mouse combo; I was so wrong.

2) I played it on a 32" toshiba picture frame tv at 480p. Strictly speaking this isn't hd and it looked fantastic.

3) Playing through COD2 on veteran is probably the best gaming experience I've had for years.
