So yeah, another ebay question.

Sold something on ebay last month which ended up being cancelled.

Contacted buyer, issued refund via PayPal (paypal debited account) but status now shows as "removed", contacted buyer again, no reply in 2 weeks.

What does it mean when PayPal take funds (current paypal balance is the value of the refund issued) but its status is changed to removed? The buyer had hardly any feedback on second glance and most of it was negative, could they have been a scammer and PayPal blocked them?

it means he has disappeared/gone to ground, he is a Ghost with one mission in mind, to find the man who refunded him £12.72 minus fees, and when he finds him, he is going to drag him to hell,

time to get yourself and the family into witness protection.
