Hehe carragher on soccer Saturdays panel today , seems odd to see him on there, could be tough understanding what's going on in the match he is watching :)

It will be on par with the other **** we here on there, although this time it will be because we can barely understand it.

Love him as a player but he's suited to Sky. Won't be too long before he retires and gets paid to **** off his previous managers, teammates and Liverpool on a weekly basis :(

Probably, mind you I don't mind too much, I love soccer Saturday, one of my favourite shows on tv. Not for the footballing insight though, purely for entertainment value. I don't really see it as a football knowledge show anymore (haven't since they got rid of the original panel) , I see it more as a football entertainment show which I think it succeeds at, many is the laugh I have on a Saturday watching it :)

LOL at Joey Barton thinking that there's no midfielders playing better than him in the league at the moment :o

There's no point having current players on there as they can't give their true opinions, however they shouldn't have retards like Paul Merson on there either.

The clown was criticising our (current) owners for not investing in the squad in the summer

Oh come on since the days of Marsh & Mclintock, Merson is what makes the show these days

He's got a real bee in his bonnet especially with England, I remember after the WC in 2006 he was giving it all that in the press, saying 'I was out training at 6am every day this summer, can you see Lamps and Gerrard doing that???'.

To which Lampard replied, 'Yes, the difference is I've been doing that since I was 11 years old'. Rather than nicking dinner money off kids in the years below, presumably.

I thought Carra was quite good on SSN today, seemed to talk with a bit of sense about everything. Bit of fresh air compared to listening to Merson talk a load of *****.

I did laugh at his comment about Kasper's (Schmeichel) friendly post

Worst person ever has to be Dean Windass when he's on the live match updates, cannot for the life of me understand a word at all, have even rewound it and still don't know what he's on about
